This is Episode #3 of “Achieving Your Summer Body Series” Fat Melting Summer Body Workout

This Episode is all about Melting off that fat for the poolside/beach Summer days
we are going to do a workout that will last 30 mins and get the job done.

 We are going to for 4 sets of exercises and Repeat all sets for 3 rounds!

 then ending the workout with a SEXY ABS finisher!

  • 45 Seconds on

  • 6 Second Rest

Set 1:

  •  Alternating Reverse courtesy Lunge ( Weighted or Non- Weighted)
  • Renege Row ( Weighted or Non- Weighted)

Set 2:

  • 180 Jump Squats
  • Push up Plus

Set 3:

  • Criss Cross Jacks
  • Prisoner Squats

Set 4:

  • Jumping Lunges
  • Dips

AB FINISHER: (2 rounds of 30 seconds a exercise)

  • Plank Jacks
  • Alternating Jack Knife
  • Left oblique Crunch with leg extensions
  • Right oblique Crunch with leg extensions
  • Body Bridge to Crunch
