The week can come with many curveballs and Turner and Rachel and in this article, with a workout routine we will show you how she maintains that insane six pack of hers!

Warm up

Barbell Walking Lunges

-3 sets of 20 reps

Workout

  • Barbell Hip thrust

-3 sets of 15 reps

*Superset with Cable Hamstring Pull

– 15 Reps

  • Bulgarin split squats

– 3 set of 10 per leg

  • Kneeling Good Mornings

-3 sets of 20 reps

-using smith machine

-you can also use resistance bands as substitue

-squeeze glutes at top

 

  • Single Leg Bridges

-3 sets of 12 reps each leg

-using smith machine and appropriate weight

 

  • Single Leg Good Mornings

-3 sets of 10 reps

-light weight

-using smith machine

 

  • Barbell Squats

-3 sets of 10 reps

-increase weight every set

 

  • Leg Finisher

*3 super sets

Bench Glute Kickbacks- 20

Lateral Donkey Kicks- 20

Fire Hydrant- 20

 

BONUS ABS

3 rounds of 10 reps

Bench laying hip raises

Knee ins

Flutter kicks

Scissor kicks

Lower partial leg raises

Hanging leg raises

Mat Work

-Staying in Plank Position the whole time keeping your abs tight

-Single leg glute raise -10 each leg

-Side to side, rocking motion -10 each side

-Single arm reach outs -10 reaches total
